1 – License
WP-AppKit and its add-ons are under the GNU general public license v2 or later.
2 – Pro Support
Pro Support is available as a yearly paid subscription for a domain on Uncategorized Creations website.
Prices are incl. VAT in Euro.
Pro Support is available from 9am to 5pm and from Monday to Friday. Customers will be informed of any exceptional closing periods by email at least two weeks in advance. Support team is located in France and will respond according to this timezone.
Pro Support includes the assistance with the installation and use of the WP-AppKit plugin. It includes the correction of bugs. Support team will do its maximum (best efforts) regarding:
- Possible conflicts (non-exhaustive list) with a WordPress theme, WordPress plugins and Cordova/PhoneGap plugins.
- PhoneGap Build online service.
- App themes developed by the client (including modifications done on default themes installed with the plugin).
Resolution regarding these areas is not guaranteed. Modification of WP-AppKit source code by the client is not covered by Pro Support.
Pro Support is available for one domain. Supported domain is identified by the activation of the license key provided when Pro Support is purchased. The support is provided exclusively for those who have a valid activation key. Support team may ask the customer to provide a public preview of apps for the supported domain. Client can purchase Pro Support several times for several domains under the same conditions.
When using WordPress multisite, each folder or subdomain is considered as a separate website. Client is required to buy Pro Support for each folder or subdomain.
We require that our Pro Support clients use the latest version of the plugin which is available for free.
5 – Add-ons
Each add-on is available as a yearly paid subscription for a domain on Uncategorized Creations website.
An activation key shall be necessary to obtain the add-on and the automatic updates (correction of bugs, new features). An activation key shall also enable an access to the support.

4 – Subscription Renewals
If you renew Pro Support or add-on subscriptions, you’ll receive a 30% discount. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts do not apply to renewals.
5 – Pricing
Uncategorized Creations reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, on the understanding, however, that the price appearing in the catalog the day of the order will be the only applicable to the purchaser.
6 – Refund Policy
We understand that Pro Support or add-ons may not work for everyone all of the time. We refund you within 15 days of your original purchase at the following conditions:
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds may only be issued within 15 days of the purchase date. After 15 days no refunds can be processed.
- Refunds do not apply to annual renewals.
To submit a refund request, please contact us. Please note that by purchasing Pro Support or an add-on, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
7 – Warranty
Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8 – Fair Use Policy
Uncategorized Creations reserves the right to revoke Pro Support or add-on subscriptions if we deem them not to comply with our Fair Use Policy. Your license may be revoked if you are found to be profiteering from the Pro Support or add-on subscriptions.
9 – Applicable Law
These general terms and conditions are subject to the application of French law. In the event of a dispute or complaint, the client shall contact Uncategorized Creatons in priority to reach an amicable solution.
